Buildings B2 to B5 (highlighted in yellow on the plan to the right) are complete and ready for occupancy. Adjusting the interior design to meet your requirements is no problem thanks to the flexible construction. You just move in and give the space your own touch.

If you require even more flexibility, then take a look at buildings B6 to B9 (highlighted in red on the plan to the right). These buildings are incomplete structures therefore still offering maximum flexibility for fit-out.

Buildings B2 to B5 - complete

Buildings B2 to B5, with a total area of 9,650 sq m, are complete. You can move in immediately and make an impression!

There are no unnecessary extras: costly equipment has been deliberately omitted to offer you only what you really need! We offer a basic package at a fair price that fulfils the requirements for a functional and flexible building.

All buildings have thermal insulation facades and large sound-proof windows. Easy to move plasterboard interior walls allow for a high degree of flexibility for interior layout. The walls are papered and painted white leaving you to decide on your own colour combination. Cavity floors allow easy installation of computer and telecommunications equipment. The floating floor provides for optimal sound impact in the foyers and stairways. Some of the areas to rent have fully equipped tiled kitchens. Furnishings include standard lamps in the offices and wall lights in the corridors. Intercommunication systems and letterboxes, electric blinds, fire extinguishers and a master key system round off this basic package.

Buildings B6 to B9 - incomplete structures

Buildings B6 to B9, with a total area of 8,000 sq m, are incomplete structures therefore still offering maximum flexibility for fit-out. These buildings have a parking deck with 56 parking spaces and a further 94 parking spaces in front of the buildings.
